Earley Law Group Injury Lawyers

When I first reached out to Earley Law I was told everything that I wanted to hear. I was told that I had a solid personal injury case. When I was finished with all of my medical care, I reached out to Attorney Earley Law making them aware that I was medically cleared. This is when things went sour for me, I no longer spoke with just one person at Earley Law, I dealt with many of them. I was told many different things about my case, things that they failed to tell me in the beginning when I first reached out to them. As a client I feel like they have failed me, they didn't fight hard enough for me, because at the end of the day the insurance company had the last say, not Earley Law and sure as heck neither did I. When I asked Earley Law to reach out to the insurance adjuster to settle my case for a little more than what they offered, I was told straight out No that's all the insurance company is offering. Mind you it was just an extra $2,500. The Insurance company didn't even pay any of my medical bills or for pain and suffering. I am now at the end of my settlement leaving me with barely anything. Earley Law is receiving 37% ( which i asked if they could at least reduce their percentage by just a little bit and the answer was no ) over $1200 just to obtain my medical records, in which I helped by sending them reports, medical statements but was told afterwards that was just for the lawyers to use for their info only, they had to obtain new records for the insurance company, I have to pay my medical insurance bills and whatever is left is mine in which is barely nothing. I just can't seem to wrap my head around how this is justice, even waiting for my portion of this lousy settlement is upto the insurance company, whenever they decide they want to mail Earley Law the check so it can be disbursed. Although I hired Earley Law Group, I felt as though I wasn't heard, mislead and that I wasn't the client, I wasn't worth the fight. You wanted my review there it is. FYI don't believe everything they tell you in the beginning especially when your case gets passed around the office like a note being passed around in a classroom. Not happy at all.

Everyone at Earley Law Group has been wonderful throughout my car accident case. They went over and above researching my case. I wouldn't have known crucial information pertaining to my accident if it wasn't for their excellent research and analysis. I highly recommend the Earley Law Group. You won't be disappointed.

The Earley Law Group took on my case without hesitancy after being referred by a friend that had a successful case prior. They represent professionalism, great punctuality and communication. I hired the Early Law Group for my car accident. I was far from impressed by this lawyer. I had good expectations based on the google reviews, but those did not accurately reflect my experience. At first i was assigned to Amber and she seemed decent, but then she left and my case manager changed. This new manager was TERRIBLE. I was left hanging by her many times, there were errors in my file that I asked to have corrected that they never did (disorganized), the lawyers are always busy and cannot make time to answer any questions, and the support staff didn't have any experience so they couldn't answer questions either. I called and tried to talk to the office manager but she never called me back (I tried to contact her twice). I've since switched to another lawyer and I'm getting MUCH better service. It seems like you only get good service if you have a particular case manager. I would NOT recommend Earley Law Group to anyone. This place was extremely disappointing.

I have been working with the Earley Law Group for about 18 months now and they have been professional and caring the whole time.
