I wanted to share a cautionary experience regarding Tom. My husband used him for his divorce, and we encountered a significant issue. During the proceedings, my husband's ex-wife requested both child support and unconditional extracurricular activity payments. My husband fought this in court, and the judge stated that he couldn't be ordered to pay for both child support and extracurricular activities. However, the next thing we knew, the extracurricular activities clause was included in the divorce decree. Tom dismissed it as "just a formality" at the time. This oversight is now costing us $4,000 to rectify through the courts. I wanted to make you aware of this, so you can be cautious.
