Very unprofessional, they are careless office , they don't pay any attention when they fill the application, their paralegal is very rude and unprofessional, they don't know what they're doing Never trust this firm to do anything in regards to immigration , the only nice person is the front desk lady but she has nothing to do with immigration paperwork.

I wish I came here before I paid for their help on my immigration case. My case has been there for years. Thousands of money given to them and no help. I emailed people who works there then come to find out they are no longer there. No communication. No care. No professionalism. No respond to emails. If I could I would give them less star then 1 but I can not. One of the many phone calls I made there they did not know who I was and who is handling my case. I had to wait for a call back. I feel disrespected, aggravated, treat unfairly. I wish I could get some of my money back. I am very frustrated. I work hard for my money and they do not care.
