Jerald silvia is a great lawyer. He takes alot of notes and listens to your problem when he reviews your case and when he goes to court he not only talks to the da he explains everything to you what is going to happen. He got our case dismissed like he said he would. He has alot of clients, but makes u feel like your his only one. If I ever need another lawyer I would definitely call him.

Jerald Silva is not a lawyer you want anything to do with. He will take advantage of you and whatever your legal situation is. This clown did not help me at all, not in the least bit. He was quick to ask for crazy money and did not even deliver. He even had the audacity to tell me it was going to be even more money (for doing NOTHING). Do not get involved with Jerald Silva. Truthfully I did not even get to the hiring portion, I had contacted Mr. Silvia because of a restraining order case that I was blind sided by and asked how I would appeal it and in tears, I had also told him that I was broke and didnt even knoe thsi restraining order was going to be a thing because I was truly innocent but now I have people who would help me with payment for a lawyer to which Jerald got annoyed and asked why I didnt have a lawyer to begin with, which I tried explaining that I wasnt served until 10 p.m the night before I had court and the orders were filed days prior so I went in not know what was going on. He then blamed me for everything and said adhere to the order you shouldnt have gone to court without a lawyer, well kind of hard to do when you have less than 12 hours to find a lawyer and cant contact anyone at 10 p.m and court was at 9 a.m and still most places are closed before 9 a.m so yeah he was an absolutely jerk and so unprofessinal and truthfully I used to reccomend people to him because I heard great things but now dealing with him myself I will never do that again nor speak to this man again.
