This company is horrible. I have a debilitating injury at the moment, provided information to the representatives and lawyer Steve, and I was denied assistance. I was very respectful until the representative completely disregarded my injury and told me that just because I am young I will recover from it. Which is crazy considering that my injury has caused me so much pain and STILL IS. Even my doctors have expressed that I contact lawyers for my disability, but to be denied by a single representative and lawyer that hung up on me, is insane and outright disrespectful. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I do not appreciate how I was disrespected and pushed to the side just because I am "young." It's like a doctor telling us women that Endometriosis is a weight thing and not the fact that the uterus is attacking us. You guys called me multiple times in a single hour and so forth on, but as soon as I present all my information to you, I get tossed aside.

This is a great team to work with. Kendra Aranas is always keeping me up to date on the status of my claim. When I send her any updates she replies as soon as she can to confirm she received them. If I have any questions about the paperwork, she takes the time to explain to me exactly what is needed to complete the forms.

I was very impressed with Jany Orejuela for helping me with my intake information. I am near blind in one eye, so typing becomes an issue with me, and she was so patient with me. I believe the terms to very good for what looks like a very caring group for veterans. I am excited to see how my process goes. IF I could give Jany 10 Stars, I would. Sitting at my desk, 10 minutes after hanging up, and I am still impressed!!! Cannot wait to meet the attorneys!!!
