Fred and his team were invaluable in helping me through a difficult time. My sister had recently passed away and left a complicated Will in which I was named as her personal representative. In addition, I became aware of my sister's substantial debts, bills were coming in for her house which needed substantial work, and I needed to seek guardianship for my 78-year-old mother living in a memory care facility. To further complicate matters, the COVID-19 virus lockdowns went into effect during my probate process and the courts were stalled. Fred and his team worked diligently with the probate court to keep my application moving and were kind enough to inform me often of any updates. My probate petition was approved in the midst of this lockdown and I was able to close on my sister's house and pay off the debts. I can now breathe a sigh of relief and move on with my life. I feel so grateful to have had Fred, Lynne and Chelsea on my side during this trying time. They not only went above and beyond in their efforts to get the job done, they treated me like family.
