Avi helped me sell an apartment. He is a junkyard dog of an attorney -- scrappy, rough around the edges, self-made and definitely self-centered. Avi is out for Avi at the end of the day. On the positive side, when you need a lawyer with chutzpah he has it. He got things done and can be confrontational with the other side (which is what you want when you need a fighter in your corner). On the negative side, he is out for himself, not the client, so in instances where he becomes concerned about his reputation and maintaining good relations with brokers he will favor the broker and not the client (you).
