, a representative of the Brent Warren Law firm, was a great lawyer and got me into my first house in a very timely fashion. He prepared the paperwork that finalized the deal that got me out my apartment lease where the rent was a continually increasing and never-ending. I did not want to rent an apartment anymore. The rate he charged was very fair considering how hard is today's real estate climate to buy a home while also getting the right lawyer to do his due diligence that is necessary. Matt Ezepek was that person for me. I was very satisfied and will hopefully use his services again if ever necessary. I hired Brent Warren Law to assist with an HOA dispute, specifically to send a notice of past-due payments to a unit owner. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to inaccuracies, lack of follow-through, and poor communication. 1. Incorrect Legal Information - I was told the unit owner had no mortgage, which turned out to be false. This mistake impacted the legal strategy and caused delays in properly enforcing the lien. 2. Failure to Ensure Proper Notice Delivery - The attorney sent a certified notice, but when I asked for delivery confirmation, I found out that it was never delivered and never even went out for delivery. Despite this, I was never proactively informed, which significantly undermined the effectiveness of the service. 3. Lack of Follow-Through on Refund - After acknowledging the mortgage error and agreeing to process a refund, the attorney stopped responding. It has now been over a week since I was told the refund would be sent, yet I have received no confirmation, no check, and no response to my follow-ups. This experience has cost me time, money, and unnecessary frustration. I do not recommend this firm if you are looking for thorough, reliable, and accountable legal representation Update 3/19/25: After significant back-and-forth, they did eventually issue a refund, which I have now received. While I appreciate that they ultimately made things right, it required more effort than it should have, and the errors along the way created unnecessary delays and frustration. If you choose to work with this firm, I strongly recommend double-checking all legal information and following up frequently to ensure things are handled correctly.

I worked with Attorney Ezepek and had a professional and excellent experience! I had Solar panels placed on my house. During a re-finance I was informed that Sun Run put a lean on my house- evidently routine procedure which they are not transparent about!! In 5 years the panels broke down and worked less than more. I saw not benefit - in fact I was paying more- my electric bill AND paying Sun Run ( even when panels were broken). Service from SUN Run was the worst customer service I had ever had in my entire life. I stopped the auto payments and they then increased my monthly payments. Went one year without panels working! Matt in just a few months : got the contract nullified, cleared my house title, cleared balance on account to Sun Run, had the panels removed- which the contractor felt the best way to remove and repair roof was to replace the sections of the roof where the panels resided. Matt- you took what was a very stressful time and got me thru it swiftly and I am incredibly grateful! It was a pleasure working with you! Annie L. O'Connor
