Did not have my best interest at heart , not an empathetic or compassionate spirit , took advantage of my vulnerability and believed in his ability to make my necessary medical care possible. It was only possible through my primary care doctor and Neurologist, that I am able to thrive . Only as after questioning the details of dealing with WC negotiations was There no communication from the representative. Believe It was only after requesting a review of relevant information from case files , all communication ceased. Even pertinent to significant results from Surgery. After almost 3years was profoundly successful in my outcome. And am thankful for my success. I am blessed have my life back . However .I have also learned when you are at more most vulnerable, you can not always trust that people will always have your back. Please ask the people who care about you to help to make choices. Would not recommend. Doesn't answer in a timely fashion, doesn't follow through with paying bills. The billing offices were told I had a lawyer so they would not speak to me directly. Did not pay all outstanding medical bills. Just finding out now that there is an outstanding lien that should have been covered under workman's comp.
