I had originally given 5 stars based on the initial service and effort I was shown, however, I have now decided to amend my rating. I have been working with Top Dog Law and their Boston affiliate since my accident in early December. I constantly followed up, attended all of my physical therapy sessions, and followed every other instruction the firm gave me. Throughout this process, I stayed in contact with a member of their team who would only respond to my emails with cookie cutter responses, stating that the legal team was performing final reviews on my case. Six months later, and after two additional emails asking for updates, I received a notice via email today stating that they are withdrawing from my case, with no explanation as to why. I'm still waiting on an email back, but I can assure you I will never use their service or affiliates again. Complete lack of communication and no explanations as to what was going on throughout the process. Now I'm likely going to be stuck fighting hospital and PT bills with no explanation as to what went wrong and when. Do yourself a favor and hire locally based firms that you can actually get an answer from.
So far Top Dog been great, just wish they would let me know what's going on sometimes .
Y'all everywhere saying call top dog if you're in an accident, I call top dog now it's an issue and yall can't help me ??? False Advertisement if yall gonna pick and chose what cases to tend to when I was injured and the other driver hit me from an illegal lane. Smh
