So they offer diminished value claims on vehicles, but they don't take the cases. It's really misleading. Why do they offer to do it on the websites or on the overview but then tell you that they can't this company is not what it seems. I would never choose them ever.

They were extremely extremely helpful. I called them today about an incident that happened after my house had burnt down in 2024 and they really went above and beyond. I just signed on with them because my situation is different complex and they have the staff to handle it. I give them a five out of five.

Really poor communication throughout my experience with Morgan and Morgan/ assumptions I can make hearings without asking me but scheduling them, lots of cancellations of hearings because they "want to be nice to council", I am constantly asking for information and feeling like I'm stupid as I'm not a lawyer and don't know how these processes work. My lawyer met with me one time I think? I had multiple hearings and didn't get debriefed before 3 of them so didn't know what to expect. Although I "won" I would never recommend Morgan and Morgan and will never use them again. My "legal team" also "couldn't get " various documents from my medical providers so I got them myself to give to them. It wasn't my medical providers it's because they were never requested.
