I contacted this firm seeking representation for a serious civil rights matter pertaining to psychiatric malpractice and presented specific statutes and legal safeguards relevant to the case. Rather than addressing the law, the attorney focused on hearsay and what she perceived a jury might feel, rather than the objective legal facts I provided. It was demoralizing to try to discuss the law while my concerns were consistently dismissed and invalidated to subjective critique.

I was referred to Mr. Bergstresser and his firm Bergstresser and Pollack in August, 2013, following the death of my husband, Kevin. I had first sent an email to set up an appointment for a consultation and their response was immediate. As a grieving widow with 3 young children, I was extremely nervous and did not know what to expect as I had never been involved in a legal case.
