I don't reccomend John Booth. First is the fact that he doesnt call or reach when he says he will. On more than a handful of occasions I had to reach out to his family secretary so she could remind him that i never heard from him when we were scheduled to connect. Secondly, he started charging me and got the bill up to about $1500 before I even hired him. In my opinion, I think he's more more about racking up your bill than anything. Spoke with another attorney around the same time as him who seemed More upfront and knowledgeable in terms of what I was needing guidance with.

I did not hired Booth Law, P.C. But I hired one of their associate attorney in 2018 named : Travis C Jackson (can be seen on their website picture, far right). Travis gave me a good impression at our first meeting. long story short...at our first vital and crucial hearing before the judge, the plaintiff party talked and argue her case for about 15 minute, at our turn, Travis C Jackson said barely few words...he did not respond, defended me or even attempted to protect my most fundamental and constitutional right (all what I wanted is to be a part of my kid life).
he did not respected our commitment about our defence strategy the day before my case, and during our waiting time in the court just before the hearing, he looked kinda embarrassed, every time I approached him when he was talking with the opponent lawyer, and did his best to avoid me during the whole time when we was waiting in the court, he even pretended to be sick the days just before the pre-trial conference, to avoid meeting with me, when I confronted him about the documents that he filled up without me being consulted, he admitted to me that he was not sick !....those are only few example... after contemplating my experience, I have no doubt, that Travis sold me out. I fired him of Cours, but after to much damage he caused to my case, he literally destroyed my life...of course I tried to do what I can and reported him to the bar association, with no consequences, unfortunately, the problem is not only travis, but the whole system is corrupt, we live in a very sad world, where people like Travis, detain a licence to commit a crime against vulnerable people.
