Great customer service. My workplace has been doing business with this company for years now, with very high quality of materials and durability.

I've worked with Rackliffe's a few times over the last three years. Most recently I needed a dual cylinder lock set for an entry door keyed to match an existing key. I dealt with Jeremy and he promised that I would have everything in a day or two. I received a call at 8:30 the next morning to say it was ready! Talk about fast service! He even showed me how to install and the tool I would need to release the knob. Excellent service! Thank you.

Rackliffe W C & Son was recommended to me about 10 years ago and ever since, has been my go to shop for getting keys made. I used to live within 5 minutes of them but now, I gladly travel the 1/2 hour to their shop. I have only one time had to have a key recut (and that was a few years ago). This is nothing when you compare it with the horrible quality of copies gotten from other places. 100% recommend Rackliffe for all key copying needs.
