There should be a "zero stars" option because KAYLA BOEHLEN, who is the partner in the office of Tyson R Ence, delivers UNPROFESSIONALISM. She scheduled and cancelled and rescheduled and cancelled again. She never kept her word when she rescheduled with us. This went on for three months straight after she was PAID IN FULL!! DO NOT PAY HER IN FULL UP FRONT UNTIL SHE COMPLETES HER SERVICES!! She kept claiming first that she herself was having many illnesses then she claimed that her daughter then was having many illnesses and still never delivered and we never even met her in person! She is UNRELIABLE and feel scammed by her!! THANKFULLY, her partner, Tyson R Ence, was VERY professional and helped us tremendously! We DEFINITELY recommend his services!!

I contacted Kayla Boehlen to consult about a legal issue and we set a time for a phone meeting. She cancelled once, and didn't show for the rescheduled time. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that an emergency must have come up, but she also didn't respond to voicemail or email in the following week. I don't know how these guys are as lawyers, but I do know that they are the kind of people to ghost you on meetings without any follow-up, which tells me all I need to know about how much they care about their clients.

Make sure the lawyer that your requesting services from is competent in what she's doing. Otherwise it would be just waste of your time. The same service could have been done by now with experienced lawyer in that matter. A lawyer who can answer questions right away without circling back in the day or two and still have no answers. It's very simple, no experience just say so. There are plenty of lawyers who can do the same service in no time.

Tyson Ence really listens and gets the job done. When i first reached out to him, he responded promptly and has handled many of my unfortunate legal mishaps. I have dealt with his law office for the past couple of years and he is an amazing person and lawyer. His partner, Scott Hibbert, is also pleasant and gets the job done. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
