Receptionist that answered the phone was very rude. While explaining my case she stated that they don't accept single family homes cases and that my landlord was someone that I just sent money to and that he was not insured nor did he have LLC which is not true. And after stating "I wonder how many cases are turned away due to assumptions & the unprofessionalism of you" she hung up on me.
