Paid for consultation, stated he would send me the paperwork and other documents to my email it never happen. Stated he would send over a contractor it never happened. Before the consultation, I explained that I didn't need that I'm ready to move forward all to end up with nothing. No call, monies paid for consultation with no results. What you specifically stated was that you were going out of town and that packet would be sent out to me. This is bankruptcy there's no retainer, it's money paid in full before service rendered. You also stated that the money I paid for the consultation would go towards the remaining balance. You also stated that a contractor would come out and evaluate the property. There was no miscommunication and the email wasn't wrong. You sent an email to me prior to our meeting that I told you it wasn't needed. That I was ready to pay all fees and move forward. I never heard from you.
