Because I will not give the receptionist all the details of my case she hung up on me and basically told me before she hung up that there was nothing that she can do for me because I wouldn't give her again all the details of my case you guys definitely need to get a new receptionist to handle your phone calls because you will not get another case with this woman. And after she hangs up do not expect to call back because they have a caller ID and she will not answer your phone call but she will send you straight to the voicemail
