Scketchy process. Do not prioritize or give importance to the clients. They take their time compromising clientele's deadlines. The so called "assistants" answer questions as on a script, like robots. Things that take 2 minutes to resolve, they drag them until the end of the day or the next day, again, compromising the client's time frame for submission and approval of their applications. I just noticed a lot of complaints on this firm. Should have check before retaining them.
