I had car accident and a friend of mine suggested me DuBoff & Associates Law Firm. Then I went to this Law Firm and I met the lawyer I explained him about the car accident and also send a bunch of pictures regarding the car accident then he told me DuBoff & Associates Law Firm would take 35% of the total money claimed. I agreed and signed the paperwork. DuBoff & Associates law firm is too slow for cases done even a simple car accident like mine took 1 year. Moreover this Law Firm taking more money. In fact I asked the lawyer how much money this law firm received he did not tell me , no answer at all. However I can imagine DuBoff & Associates took 50%of the total money claimed. On the top of this I paid attorney fees $5,000. DuBoff & Associates Law Firm is not helpful let me explain about this in brief I asked the lawyer if he can help me out requesting hardship assistance to both the emergency hospital which I went to and DC FIRE & EMS. I literally was told nobody would help me instead I should do it by myself. Then I had written and submitted letters and documents back and forth about one year to the hospital and DC Fire &EMS. I would not recommend DuBoff & Associates Law Firm because first of all a very simple cases take longer time to done, second of all this law firm takes more money , the last but not least the law firm is not helpful.
