Extremely rude - forgot to mute their phone and I heard the secretary say to an office manager "he's irate about something with federal law and blah blah blah" This is a law firm that does collections and treats people like nothing more than targeted trash (that don't owe them a debt btw) It's sad to me a LAW FIRM operates at such a low standard. I get these guys do nothing but serve shady debt collectors, but divulging my personal information then making a joke about it isn't becoming.
No response to phone calls or emails. They don't want to be contacted. They represent the debt collector, they don't want to be contacted so they can assume the path to get your money even the alleged debt does not have merit.
