Mr. Mercer was indeed a class act. Before court, he made it his business to talk with and interact with our family. Eye to eye contact and truly listening. I was most impressed with how he conducted himself in the courtroom. At one point victim's family hollered out with slurs. Mr Mercer turned, looking her directly and said "so sorry for your loss". I would just like to say first and foremost it was an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Mercer. I had an old case from nearly a decade ago that I was looking to get expunged.
