These scammers need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I was never properly served, and then I woke up to an email stating that my wages will be garnished. How can you garnish someone's account who has never been served??? How am I supposed to defend myself in a court case that I know nothing about???? I sent them a debt verification letter that went unanswered.

Very deceitful organization. After several correspondences proving that they had the wrong person, and their acknowledgement to fact, they still went forward through the courts to take funds from my account that they had NO right to. Pure criminals!! Now I have to secure legal representation to correct this wrong. I hope to have their license revoked. Just wrong.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. My bank account is frozen because this fraud of a lawyer, Jason Fratto, and his band of thieves cannot keep their debts in order. A debt that was owed and settled almost a year ago has now placed my personal life in a hostage situation because they claim the debt was not paid. The debt was garnished from a paycheck. It was absolutely paid. They've gone so far to add an additional $35.68 to the debt. They do not answer their phones or return calls, so for a firm that seems to be dead set on collecting debts, they seem to do a real shoddy job at it. Be weary of not only working with these people but be weary when they come knocking on your door for debts. I've reached out to my lawyer, and he will be handing this going forward. Additionally, keep away from The Maryland Center for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants, because they're also rude and do not care about their patients well being. I would not be surprised if these two are working in cahoots for cash.

I am a client and have been calling for months to check on my collection cases. I never get a call back. I understand that I won a collection case per the online city records, but Fratto has yet to send me any of the funds. I would be shocked if they are sill in business. I don't know how you run a business where nobody ever answers the phone.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! THEY FROZE MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK 5,900 FROM ME AND WHEN I TRY TO CALL THERE IS NO VOICE MAIL THEY HAVE MOVED LOCATIONS AND THERE IS NOOOO WAY TO CONTACT THEM FOR A PYMT PLAN.THEY DO THIS SO THEY CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR!! THIS IS A LEGAL!!
