I was involved in a car accident November 2016 with a commericial vehicle. I obtained a few injuries which had me going to PT for about 2 months. I hired Judy in December and it is now June almost July and she still doesn't know my medical history in regards to the accident and doesn't have the medical records from them despite me giving them to her previous Paralegal several times. The insurance companies found the commercial vehicle to be at fault a couple of months ago and I have already been reimbursed for my deductible, however, where is Judy??????? This should be settled by now, but instead its as if I am starting from the beginning. I may just do that with another lawyer though. Judy's response is we are dealing with hundreds of cases. Do yourself a favor and don't make yourself just a number as it clearly seems she has too many cases to handle at this point.
