I appreciated Mr. Stein's professionalism and his knowledge of the law. He represented me in my Bankruptcy and is a name change proceeding. He was thorough and got the job done. These things need to be approached with exactitude and when dealing with the government agencies, this can be extremely annoying. In my name change case, it was amazing how long it took the state court to act up on the paperwork, get it in front of the judge and then mail it out. Yet Mr. Stein persevered when I had all but given up hope. Fortunately the BK is done on the Federal level. Mr. Stein prepared the paperwork accurately and in accordance with the law He prepared me well for the court hearing and I felt confident in the hearing proceeding, He has maintained a good level of communication throughout both actions. I spoke with Aryeh Stein the first time during the summer of 2024. I explained my situation completely. This surprised me a bit because I tend to be cautious when meeting people, but he was really easy to talk to and understood what MY specific concerns were. A good dude. During this 15 minute or so talk he was able to provide me with more information than I had myself about the circumstances. I told him that I would be in touch soon - and continued the process of trying to find a better price. I spoke with 4 people and Meridian Law was $49 dollars away from being the most inexpensive and $450 away from the company immediately above them in price. At this point my plan was to put the money away and pray nothing happens, but if it DOES, then reach out to Mr. Stein. I was out of town when I got the email from my employer informing me that a garnishment order had been received. I reached out to Mr. Stein and explained that the time had come, but I'm outta town. Through him trusting me that I would supply everything needed when he needed it, he would file the case. Him having the MOST flexible payment options helped. I was still out of town when I received the email with my federal bankruptcy case number! Got that to my employer and stopped the garnishment. And 96 days later I received my discharge and decree.
