I'm very happy with the service! I went to the Virginia office and met the paralegal, Kimmie She was very helpful regarding my bankruptcy case. When I met with The lawyer he was very comforting and I was able to keep my house and was able to keep my house and belonging where other law office said they could not help. I recently had an accident and went back to Kimmie Nguyen, she is still great. This office helped me to get my money and paid off all the Medical bills in a timely manner. It was a very good experience working with the law office of Mr. Resnick. My car accident case was resolved and I received my settlement check from the at fault insurance 5 months after the accident, seems like a long time but it already took me over 3 months just to treat my neck and back pain. In short, I am happy with my recovery and the amount of settlement. The lawyer and his staff were professional, attentive and great to deal with . Thank you!

STAY AWAY!!!! I never ever wrote a review in my life, but the hassle I'm receiving from this office I had no other choice but to warn others. My accident happened 10/30/2018 and today it's 5/30/2019 and I haven't received anything but a letter from them 2months ago saying my case would be settled, and still nothing! You call the office no one ever answers, and when they do they have no clue who has your case, they give you numbers to different people and they have no clue of what's going. I'm sick of hearing the very few times I was able to speak to someone" Mrs. Russell, so and so can help you with your case"! That's a lie! No one had an answer. They transferred my case with out me knowing! I had faith when I spoke with Mr Richard, he sounded like he had it under control, I haven't heard from him every since. I'm starting to think since my case not getting them thousands of dollars back they just don't care! I would never recommend them to anyone! Ever!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is very unprofessional overall. I never once got a chance to speak to the lawyer personally. It was hard to get in touch with his secretary and whenever we did speak she had little to no information for me. Within the 9 months they represented me I probably spoke to someone 5 times If that. When they first reached out to me for representation they left out a lot of information (which is my fault I should've looked into it but this was the first time I've been in a situation like this so I was unaware) They claimed I would not have to pay for them representing me the other person would. They failed to mention that they take 1/3 of your settlement. They received $2000 for not doing anything. I'm sure I could've found a lawyer way cheaper that would've actually communicated more and made it seem as if they really cared about me and my best interest. While sitting in the office waiting to pick up my check the two women at the front desk were very unprofessional. Ignoring my existence while I'm waiting to be seen, having personal conversations about after work plans etc. I sat in the waiting room for over a hour because one of them forgot to tell the secretary I was in the waiting room. I am just overall displeased with this company and would recommended it to NO ONE. If it wasn't for the fact that I waited over 9 months trying to settle I would've declined the offer and tried to find other representation. If anyone actually takes the time to read this RUN!!!!!! Find someone else that will actually care about you and to meet your needs. Don't let them get you like they did me.

I am writing this as a current and not returning client. Doesn't seem like they (the clients) are their concern. I have called them several times in the past 2 months to get an update on my case and haven't heard a word back from anyone. Not only that, one day I called and had to tell the girl that answered the phone that she is very rude and needed to fix her attitude. See someone like this used to could set me off but I have grown. Even still, why am I having to tell a receptionist that? My next reports that I will write will be to the BBB and the Maryland State Bar. Knowing me is to know that I am not one to play with when it comes to my money or a service that you are supposed to be providing. If you don't want or don't think you need the work, simply turnover my case files so we can seek other counsel. I have one more call to make tomorrow that I am sure will not make any difference or yield any results but this will set off a chain of events that they will regret making me have to do. Update 08/14/2019: We have since removed this law office from our case and parted ways. We moved our case to another office better equipped to handle our matters.
