I chatted with a really nice gentleman in June. Shared with him that I was not working and a two vehicle accidents my husband had in 2023 caused us to go into a financial tailspin. He was very nice and told me I could start making payments in August when I thought we would return to work. I called because the online system would not recognize me. The lady was sooooo rude and snappy that I asked for someone else and she just hung the phone up on me. I called back and spoke with a nicer lady who gave me the account number. I still could not log in. Called a fourth time and was instructed to use the option to make a one time payment. I asked the lady if she could stay on the phone to make sure I was doing it correctly. She very rudely said. No I can't stay on the phone . I was so shocked. Karma is real. The way you treat people ALWAYS comes back to you. Things happen unexpectedly and folks fall behind. People in this company may not experience an issue with their finances but it will be something. When they are treated badly, they will remember how they spoke to and treated other people. You reap what you sow. Klima Peters and Daley should consider a revised training on how to deal nicely and professional with people. Heaven knows they need it!

This company is rude selfish and nasty!!! They judge you just because they have funds and are rich supposedly. They do not understand situations. They were paid in full and still took out a garnishment!!! I am a single mother and had to use some credit to get through. Whoever works for this company is just as bad. I got hung up twice and Mr. Kennedy I guess he thinks he's above the law and the law himself. Nasty and awful person.

I am a 2 time cancer and stroke survivor on SSDI. I am food insecure because of a debt relief program. I have a Prosper account. Because I was literally without food, I could not keep up with the steep debt relief oayments, despite having paid $200 out of $600. This firm served me with papers and made my debt @ $900. They frightened me, and in my opinion extorted me. I was recently diagnosed with a CT brainn disease and have a severe infection in my neck and mouth and was discharged from the stroje unit a sexond time. A volunteer lawyer advised me that I am uncollectable (ssdi only income i have). Firms like them cross a moral red line. I am likely terminally ill. I survive off of $3-4 dollaes a say after my expenses. I am consumed with worry about them making me destitute, abd I am up all night worrying. I cannot afford the medical treatment that I desperately need, but they have free reign to terrorize me and make what short tine that I may gave left hell on Earth.

If I could give them a thousand 0 it wouldnt be enough. This company will lie and say they served you. I was about to set up auto pay but the rep was so very rude and nasty. I hung called again ask for the manager transferred to Peter who I guess was the manager or lead collector. Who knows? He was worst than everyone I spoke to. He told me to let it go to that fact that I was advising I was never served when I advised I didn't sign anything. I told I sign something to an address I lived at 11yrs ago. I previously gave this company my address and agreed to set up agreement so why they try to served me to an old address and state allegations that I signed something I never it is super crazy. You have to pray and watch for demon firms like these that hire crooked servers. I received no correspondence of no sort to where I reside. I never handled business with a company that will fight when you want to resolve the matter and making it easy for them to collect. They talked over you when they ask you a question. They are extremely terrible with handling business and customer service. They are so thirsty they are willing to do anything to their favor. Very sad.

I called there for informations in regards for settling a debt and director of the office he was very rude and combative. He constantly cut me off while he was on the phone. I expressed to him that I was under a lot of medication because of my mental illness and he did not have any sympathy for that. He was very aggressive combative and insensitive over the phone. I had to apologize to him because I could not really understand what he was saying because of my condition. He made me feel like an idiot over the phone and he's a really made me depressed after talking to him. His tone on the phone was displeasing and disheartening. I hope I never had to call him again but I'm pretty sure I will to straighten all this out. It was like I was talking to death
