I would never recommend this practice. If I could give zero stars I would!! Andy or Randy Richardson was curt and abrasive to my mother when she was trying to explain her situation. When he mentioned the minimum fee of $2500 and my mom hesitated a bit he became nasty and rude. He said " well I was going to give you a few more options but bye-bye" and hung up. Mind you my mother is 80 years old with a husband with dementia and was just trying to get some help. Rude, rude and nasty!!!!!!
