Our family has used you guys for years from birthdays to sympathy arrangements and you never disappoint!! Everything is always so beautiful and I am just in love with everything. Today I received a birthday arrangement from my husband and kids and tulips are my favorite flower and I love how you incorporated them. Thank you so much and the beautiful arrangement made my day!

I've been ordering floral arrangements from Rooster Vane Gatdens for years. They never disappoint. They use the freshest flowers. I recently purchased my Mom a floral arrangement for Mother's Day which she absolutely loved. She had received another arrangement from my brother from 1-800 Flowers and the flowers died within days. Wanted to send my mother flowers to congratulate her on her retirement from teaching and as a house warming present too. Looked at other Hagerstown florist and they all had the typical Teleflora arrangements, but saw Roostervane's lovely arrangements and thought I'd give them a try. Ordering over the phone was very easy and the staff was very helpful. Gave them a price point and told them my mother loved to garden and that some bright garden flowers would be wonderful if they had them. Well they totally exceeded my expectations! My mother loves her AMAZING arrangement. Pictures do not do it justice according to her. Will definitely be ordering from them again for all of my flower needs for family out that way.

Called this morning and asked if something could be put together and delivered to my wife for our anniversary right up the street from them. Only to be told "I guess I can". Great customer service skills with that one. Thanks. But no thanks. If you are busy, just say you are too busy. Don't make it sound like you are doing me a favor by taking my money. I am not saying this place of business is bad, but this is the first impression that was given to me.
