It was difficult for a person with mobility issues to enter and leave the building. A rail would be so wonderful outside. The team was great. We worked primarily with Reagan and she was well informed. We had to come back to the office for docs that were not completed properly - this was a little inconvenient. The team is warm and helpful and overall a joy to work with. We were pleased with the final result - wills, new deed, power of attorney docs.
