a few weeks ago i had the pleasure of working with Mr Downs. reviewed my case and was able to establish a great outcome. he helped out my mind at ease while i was stressing about my case and was very communicative on the phone and walked me step by step on how to go about it. we were able to establish a payment plan to accommodate my financial situation and it all worked well. I highly recommend Mr Downs as this was my first time having to hire an attorney and everything turned out well!

I highly recommend Mr. John Downs law office. The staff is professional and accommodating. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day of initial contact. Mr. Downs took the time to listen and was very patient in explaining the process and started on the case the same day. Lisa was very professional. Things got heated during my divorce mediation and she was very kind and fair to the both of us. Lisa was informative and seemed invested in our family's best interest. Personally, I think she'd be a great divorce lawyer for anyone.

John has put me and my family and I in a difficult position By not drawing up the Will that we have requested. It's going on 4 weeks I've call several times with no call back. It's a shame that he just couldn't say that he didn't want to do the Will and let us find someone that would. Edit: he finally called 1/27 and said that he would have the will to me the next day1/28.The next day never came. I wouldn't recommend him.

Whenever I'm asked to write a review for a company I've used I almost always forget. But I just went through a custody "battle" and I have to give credit where it's due. Members of my family have had similar struggles with legal custody so when I had to go through it myself I immediately reached out. Every single Person I spoke with from this firm was nothing but helpful. Questions were always answered in a timely manner through emails or phone calls. I was extremely impressed by how easy Lisa and her team made the entire process's custody battles are stressful and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
