Jeffrey B. Schultz does not prepare a head of time for cases, talk to and summon witness, object to tampered evidence, is disorganized and worst of all sends letter representing your company without review! A big case he did not prepare for was an arbitration case, in which we had overwhelming evidence, with the BBB and since he did not come prepared we did horribly. I should have just fired him them but was too nice. Due to his disorganization, we did not do well several cases later. After that, I decided to help him with is pre-trial preparations and organize his trial questions. After all that he started winning cases. If he does not go into over everything with you find somebody else to represent you.
