Lloyd Eisenberg is the best most optimistic attorney I've ever worked with. I'm so glad I hired him. I was being told to go with someone with more experience in a case with the MD pension. That other attorney wanted me to settle for less, due to his caseload (and he barely ever had time to talk to me). Lloyd told me I deserved everything and saw no reason to not state my whole case and ask for it. He always made time to speak to me and was understanding about my anxiety disorder and PTSD through the process. I'm so glad I took his advice.

I had been involved in an accident 3x on the passenger front side each time, none of my fault. When I got Mr. Lloyd Eisenberg's name from my chiropractor the 1st accident, I immediately called him but with the other insurer's insurance company denying my claim and me not having the evidence to support that it wasn't my fault, I was told it would be extremely hard to fight that case. The 2nd time, the other driver didn't have insurance, I just sucked it up and didn't reach out to Mr. Eisenberg. I was thankful for Mr. Eisenberg's honesty previously, so when I was hit a 3rd time (this time with my 6 yr old son in the vehicle with me) on the same side and my vehicle was deemed total, I had the evidence I needed and the other insurer's insurance company, State Farm (SF) admitted fault I decided to call Mr. Eisenberg. I did so as, SF was still trying to treat me unfairly, so I knew I needed to call Mr. Eisenberg. He got me a better settlement for me and my son, than what SF offering in the beginning. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and professional! He explained the options he thought best to fit my situation, made sure I understood the process, which left me feeling at ease knowing I made the right decision. I would highly recommend Mr. Eisenberg and Associates to my family and friends if needed. I would use him again if needed as well.
