I worked with this firm on an estate matter and overall had a good experience with Lynee Murchison. She warmly walked through each step of the process in the estate planning for my husband. The communication was great in the beginning --everyone was attentive, responsive, and helpful to many MANY questions. Midway through, things slowed down, and I sometimes had to follow up or resend documents, possibly due to staff changes and their office move. Perhaps a quick check-in during those quieter periods will help clients not to feel forgotten even if the estate planning is a waiting period. I'm sure clients would appreciate the check in. Otherwise, I would still use them again. My husband's estate was settled successfully without any hiccups and I'm thankful to Lynee and the Adams Law Firm team.
