We went to Hass for a personal legal matter and were really impressed by his services. He listened to us and made us feel comfortable. He and his staff were highly professional throughout. Communication is terrible. I recently had a family court case and I only spoke to the attorney Sarah Bashir over the phone twice. The first time was to schedule a meeting and the second was her calling me asking for payment after being paid two weeks before. Her Document drafting is great but She never shared what her strategy was and lost the opportunity to settle because she wants emails sent as a form of communication which takes her over 24 hrs to respond. After bringing up this issue she removed her self from my case and requested payment for "minimal work done". There are more attentive attorneys out there I would not recommend.
