I am disappointed with the representation I received. Neil Jamieson did not take the time to understand my son's medical & educational needs, despite multiple providers expressing serious concerns with documented abuse from a physician where my ex was escorted out of a medical office. Key information about his diagnosis, school struggles, & recommended treatment was not effectively presented to the court. My expectation was much higher from an attorney who helped develop the Kids First program that the court mandates for co-parenting. Instead, my son's needs were overlooked in the final order resulting in continued struggles for him & I am still left trying to co-parent with someone who refuses necessary treatment & support. I expected stronger advocacy & better preparation, especially for a child with documented disabilities & especially for the amount of money Neil was overpaid. After the judge ruled, Neil started ignoring my e-mails where I am simply asking for direction on how to proceed to get my son the help & accommodations that 6 medical providers have documented as their recommendations. This was a huge part of our 2 day trial & there is no ruling or direction in the final paperwork from the judge about my son's medical needs. I am not a lawyer but I do expect that when you have to pay a lawyer more money than you paid for your car that they would have some compassion.

I had a consultation scheduled, with Neil Jamieson, and arrived 15 minutes early and had taken the day off for this. The receptionist was cold, which I brushed off. Neil was 10 minutes late, then informed me (in a condescending tone) that the appointment was actually scheduled for yesterday, saying "we'll take the blame for that miscommunication." I double-checked -- it wasn't on my end, I would have loved to have yesterday off as it was my partner's birthday. During our initial phone consult, he spoke to me in a judgmental tone, asking "how on earth did you agree to this??" wlHe showed little empathy or professionalism. After the mix-up, he asked when I could see him next. I agreed to meet later that same day when he offered, but he immediately added "it'll be tight." When I asked about next week, he had to "go upstairs and check his schedule" -- despite having a receptionist, which felt disorganized. He eventually said "next Thursday" without clarifying a time. Looking at other reviews, I've noticed a pattern: glowing praise from men, and poor experiences from women. I felt disrespected, rushed, and not taken seriously. I will be finding a different attorney.

Neil Jamieson represented me in a divorce and PFA hearing. The process of finalizing everything was quick however mistakes were made. I gave my original title in which he initially claimed I never gave it to him and then after calling and emailing him the document is lost by someone else as he has a scanned copy of the title. I was told to apply for another title as the opposing counsel lost it after my many calls and texts to Jamieson. I am still trying to get my original document or revised statements to be correct so that I can take necessary actions for my new title a year later. As of right now, he still has not returned my calls, texts or emails.

I called in the morning to hire their services for LLC legal advice. The receptionist seemed like they maybe would provide the service in request. I left a message for a call back. When the call back the woman says "I'm looking for Kivvy Spears," I say "this is" Then says "that's a weird name..." dead silence for moments. I say "thanks..." she then says "we'll what do you want?" And at that point I said "never mind thank you good bye"

Great group of lawyers and staff. Very dedicated to getting good results for their clients. I am pleased with their work and results. Neil J is fantastic.
