Wow definitely obviously that Mr Ed Collins is gone. What an amazing lawyer he waa. The current lawyers are not honest, documents appear that they have been changed post mothers death, pages were initiated but oddly disappeared. When an attorney does not CC client that is charged for every aspect but client isn't informed so that they may desire to appeal that is unfair. My mothers estate clearly has been turned upside down against her last testament and wishes. My mother had an amazing professional relationship with Mr. Ed Collins who suddenly past. This Law firm hasn't been the same since. They also have extreme difficulty maintaing office help/ receptionist. In turn many clients aren't updated properly nor ih a timely manner. I called meeting related to questions in estate n J. Rutter wouldn't answer direct questions because they were not favorable answers to Persinal Rep who was step father and had his own means of prior wealth and Rutter attempted to represent all 3 parties. Meetings were cracked on a monthly basis and estate was to be placed in trust and 100% estate split amongst adult children of donors and Rutter didn't disclose LLC's that he was clerk of. He never mentioned any life insurance policy and sadly he was also best buddies with Financual Agebt frok LLP which indeed has the worse reviews in the US that I have read. Personal Rep allowed Fijancial Agent to dictate entire will, omit trust and even purchased a questionable Life Insurance Policy. Donor had two very important amendments and these were not followed to a T. P.R. canceled ," Trust" and kept 2-4 large REIT accrs calling PR " Non Qualifying Beneficiary which was not his place to dictate. Once trust was not utilized it became null n void and estate should have all been processed through probate Judge thereafter. This was such a nightmare@! Zero stars please!

I had the pleasure of working with both Steve Hanscom and Jesse Rutter during a very tumultuous family matter. Tensions were high, extreme claims were made, days dragged into weeks into months into years. I feel Jesse Rutter represented my story very well. I know I am not the easiest client to have and that didn't phase Jesse. At one point I was very pregnant and forgot my entire bag of evidence on a hearing day and Steve still did well utilizing his knowledge of the laws to argue the case that was being made. Family law is not the specialty of this firm, but they seem to handle their cases with the proper amount of time and care. They respond in a quick-reasonable amount of time, which is nice to have in representation. They have a convient location next to the larger parking lot by the first and accurate posted hours of availability.

Totally incompetent. They were the buyers lawyer on the house we sold. They were seven days late paying off our mortgage which meant we were forced to pay an entire month extra on our mortgage so the payment wouldn't be considered late and our credit negatively affected. Maureen told us "we should have stopped the auto payment" -- really?? As in, default on our mortgage?? Without getting the payoff money? Geez. Maureen said she was "uncomfortable" wiring money and so put a check in the mail and then refused to give us the tracking number for the check. We asked her 4 times for the tracking number and instead she would send these vague partial screenshots of some random transport information from an unnamed item. She did not return any of my phone calls. Horrible. Do not use. If I could give zero stars, I would. They still owe us $435.11 for the difference of the payoff/final mortgage payment that we paid for the house that closed 7 days prior.

This firm handled the closing of a real estate transaction in which I was the buyer. I was very happy with my experience. I had quite a bit of correspondence with Maureen in preparation for the closing. When I met her in person she was lovely, a truly kind person who loves this community. Jesse walked me through the closing documents. He was patient and very thoroughly explained what I was signing for. He was also very kind and welcoming. I had a great experience here.

I had Haley Hall for a lawyer in my divorce case. I lost everything. I'ma an 81 year old man who lost everything and can't work again. Thanks a lot for your services John Bickford.
