This was the second or third time I have used Treworgy Baldaci for my title work and closing. They are always quick, thorough and reasonably priced. Samantha Davis was the star of the show, and I would highly recommend her for your title needs. She is positively a delight to work with and explained every aspect of the process in layman's terms. You have a right to choose who does your title work when buying real estate, and you should definitely look into these folks. I will be using them on my next purchase!
