I brought my case to Attorney Jackson in November 2023 with all documentation ready -- police reports, medical files, everything -- and got almost zero communication for months. When I finally followed up, he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and yelled on the phone. He tried to justify delays by saying he was "on trial in DeSoto Parish," but he never properly explained what that meant or how it affected me. When I asked for clarification, he started yelling at me as if I were stupid. I had to hold my tongue while he acted disrespectfully. He promised my checks within 10 business days, but that deadline passed. They misspelled my son's name, despite me providing correct documentation, and bundled my children's claims together, causing unnecessary delays. After this experience -- and seeing what my mother went through -- do not use this lawyer. Terrible communication, unprofessional, and incompetent. Avoid at all costs.
