Highly would not recommend when I first spoke with him about my DWI case he told me automatically that I would have to jail time and lose my license for a year, he didn't even look up the ticket or see how the traffic stop was handle by Louisiana Parish Sheriff officer which was in the wrong. Why would I pay you to say sir you're going to jail and you will lose your license. I found another attorney that did the exact opposite he took the time to set the first court date back so he could look into the case. He got the DWI dropped with a small court fine and I still have my license. I repeat he is highly not recommended.

I hired Mr. Daigs to go to court with me I had a court date for interim spousal support before I met him. Instead of doing what I paid him to do he got me a divorce. The community property division should have been worked out before the divorce was granted. He told me one lie after the other and I was dumb enough to think he was a professional. Don't be fooled by this slick talking attorney and his lies. He made my situation worse than it was. I paid him to get me interim spousal support not a Divorce. So he just took my money. Please don't let him make a fool of you stay away from him.

He doesn't do his job, he's in it for the money and that's all, otherwise he would do an investigation. Do his job correctly... A friend was in a car accident she had insurances with Allstate, the people that was in the other vehicle, had a witness call seven months later... then Allstate dropped her, even though no matter what Allstate was suppose to represent her, no matter the situation. Instead they dropped her completely. Due to the fact the people in the other vehicle had a witness call SEVEN months later, the place of the wreck also has cameras to see who was really at fault & he didn't care to do anything about it plus he NEVER answers the phone. Not only that, another girl that was in the vehicle was alert at the wreck and they said she can't testify because she was in the vehicle when she seen clearly everything that happened. I'd highly not recommend...

Will NEVER recommend him to anyone EVER again!! He lies to your face, saying he will get the job done but yet never answers the phone when you call! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HIM, I paid him and 2 years later NOTHING GOT DONE!!! Thanks for NOTHING.

Not only is the brother "great," but his "sense of humor" is "hilarious"...He's a very serious person that kno wut he's doing...he knows the "law" & don't b fooled by that "yung look" he has...lol...thank u "ivan"..
