I'm extremely grateful for the outstanding representation I received for my car accident case and dog attack . From day one, my attorney Chris Minias was professional, knowledgeable, and fully committed to helping me. They guided me through every step of the process, explained my rights clearly, and always made sure I understood what was happening with my case.

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I reached out to them OVER A YEAR AGO (September 2024) for assistance with a diminished value claim from a car accident. There have been challenges with this law firm since then. They were AWOL for the first scheluled conference call on 9/19/2024, but later drafted a letter to the insurance company who had initially denied my diminished value claim. I followed up with them via text on 10/10/24, 11/13/24, 11/20/24 and 12/31/24 and each time was told that they "were still looking into" my options. On 1/9/25, via text, they said they would "follow up with the attorney who was reviewing the case". I followed up again on 1/14/25 and heard back from them on 1/16/25 with them saying they had "been in trial all week". In late January, they provided a copy of the letter they had drafted to the insurance company I reached out again on 3/25/25 for an update and they said they would "follow up with the adjuster" on my claim and said they were still "pushing on them". On 5/7/25, I followed up again and was told via text that they were still working with the insurance company. I sent them a follow up e-mail on 7/31 and another follow up text on 8/7 and 8/20 and was informed that there was a "supervisor assigned to" my file and that a "new adjuster was recently assigned". On 8/28, I asked them to upload all correspondence they had received from the insurance company to their case portal. As it turns out, THERE'S NO CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY! They claim there have been phone calls, however, they have been unable to provide me any documentation as to the content of these "phone calls" in the follow up messages that I've sent via their customer portal (9/3 and 9/16). On 9/16, they said (via their portal) that they would follow up "tomorrow" which would have been 9/17. More crickets. In looking at other reviews, this lack of effort appears to be a habitual practice with this firm. At this point, I doubt they ever actually sent the letter they drafted because my prior experience with the insurance company I'm claiming against was that they responded back in writing over about 4 consecutive months when I first approached them on my own as to a diminished value claim. If you need a law firm for a legitimate diminished value claim, you are better off not wasting time with The Minias Law Firm.

The Minias Law Firm recently represented myself and a friend in a mold case and the service phenomenal, Throughout the entire case, Mr.Chris Minias worked consistently and diligently to earn a settlement in our favor and was sure to keep us updated and well informed throughout the process.
