Greg and his team are experienced , caring , and professional! I was so fortunate to have them take my case . I had hired.another lawyer that had me on the edge of of losing my mind trying to ensure my son's safety. I was told (by said lawyer ) that I was going to have to put my son in a place where he would have been in immediate harm . My son had already been through so much at this point I in no way could place him in the line of fire for more harm that he would have to recover from. I had filed an emergency order and it was not granted by the judge . I was at that moment trying to figure out where I was going to disappear to until the judge was able to revisit the information and understand the danger that I was ordered to place him in . I was literally fixing to disappear with my son. (Said lawyer) informed me that I would get held at contempt if I didn't comply with orders. I informed him I was prepared to do absolutely anything necessary in order to ensure my son's safety. I told him the fact that the judge had apparently not been able to understand the seriousness of the matter and there was no way I was to comply with the order..He insisted I was to comply with the order and there was nothing else he could do . I then released him from my case and I was told to call Greg Elias by a friend of the family. I did and when I spoke to Greg and his staff I knew I needed them to ensure the safety of my son and give me the best legal advice on how to move forward without leaving any room for my son to be placed in harms way. He understood and literally started throwing answers out and potential consequences of each..I then filed a restraining order against the person that was to not be alone with my son and I voiced my feelings of fight or flight if I was to be placed in a position to put him in danger.His calm and professional demeanor was such an ease to the chaos me and my family had been experiencing throughout the process. His assistant Debbie and truly thier whole staff were involved and they made me feel so hopeful that i would have every possible opportunity to make this happen for my son legally. I felt that they were literally holding my heart in their hands . I was definitely at the lowest point I'd ever been in my life . My feelings about life were simplified to ensuring my sons safety no matter what extent I had to resort to. Knowing they were on my sons side and that they would point me towards the most professional way to maneuver through the process of making my sons safety happen actually enabling me to breathe and focus more on his therapy to push him forward in life in the most positive way!. Sure u can find cheaper legal options..sure u can hire someone to stand in court and speak to the judge for you and tell you what they recommend....sure there are a lot of lawyers that would love to take your case and tell you exactly what you want to hear. Greg and his team literally engulfed themselves with keeping my son safe and encouraging me to stay focused and that i wasn't alone. Their wisdom and guidance were a safety net for my chaotic (edge of the cliff with my shoes off waiting to jump into the most extreme measures to avoid my son from ever facing the horrid situations again) I wouldn't recommend Greg to anyone..unless I knew they were the absolute best for their kid because no matter the situation I feel he will be your best custody attorney. If I had not obtained him and the other party had gotten him before me I definitely would've lost my mind completely..I owe him and his staff my life for carrying me through the darkest days I've ever seen !.I was awarded sole custody and my son is well on his way to living his absolute best life !!!..Thankyou Greg ,Debbie, staff and (heck all those Culpepper's are good in my book!!) Yall are truly the Best!!
