I was very pleased with my family's settlement they handled the medical bills and other insurances with excellent outcome, however they are very poor at keeping their clients up to date or quickly returning calls. Twice before my attorney called me back I had to tell him my next call was going over his head since he was not answering or calling me back. I shouldn't ever have to do that. I asked if even no news he could just call once a week with an update that isn't too much to ask for considering your firm gets 30% of our settlement?
