When I reached out to this company for representation I was very upfront with them about everything, I even expressed my concerns about the lack of evidence of my pending claim and was told that it was fine and they would still be able to help me. Now almost a year later they called me to say that they were dropping me as a client due to too many liabilities and she goes on to tell me the reason why and it was everything that I told them in the beginning. Throughout this whole process I could barely get them to respond or return a call. I'm so upset because they could have done this a long time ago and not wasted a whole year to do so!!

I would recommend giving them a try. They are a huge firm. So, understand that they may be hard to get in touch with sometimes. I didn't mind because it made me think that they were actually working on my case and not wasting time on the phone with matters that take away time from mine. They answer emails pretty quickly. They told me that in the beginning. So, I knew what to expect. Definitely consider hiring them.

The lawyers (Mr. Usner) the paralegals (Jammie and Hannah) were there for me when ever I needed something. They returned my calls on time. The whole time was just Awesome !.
