I can truly say that this law firm is true to their word. I filed a claim for my mom after hurricane Laura with All-State. It was so devastating to find out according to them that there was not enough damage for a claim. After going back and forth with them to no avail, I decided to take my time and restore it as I could. It was so devastating but I had no choice. I of course canceled the insurance with All-State and went with another carrier. Someone referred Vernon and Bice to me in a local restaurant. After meeting with them they reassured me they would handle it and that they did. They sent their specialist out and found so much damage it was unreal. I can't began to explain my joy as I cried when they called me to come and pick up my check. I was able to restore my mom's home and allowed her to live in it one weekend. She passed a few weeks later but you could feel her sense of comfort during her stay. This made it all worth the time and effort to restore it.
