Straight to the point, clear about options, and there when you need him. I don't normally leave reviews, but felt I needed to about this attorney. Had a family member get into a little trouble and we didn't have experience or know people to get recommendations from. Talked to some arrogant lawyers then stumbled into Mr. Bradley Cockrell. Had some reservations about no reviews, but when we met felt totally at ease. In the free initial consultation, he explained our options clearly, including costs and consequences for each, and the option of not hiring him. In the time from meeting him to court, everything happened as he said including court. Anytime we had questions or any concern, he took our call or called back same day. I hope to never have to deal with him again, but have no problem recommending him to others. Thanks again Mr. Cockrell.

Mr. Brad Cockrell handles his work. His business is ran off his accountability and hard work. He is blunt and to the point and his work speaks for its self. Honest and helped me out tremendously by getting all 3 of my cases dismissed. I would strongly advise to hire Mr. Cockrell. He believed in me the whole time and spared turning no corner in fighting the state against 3 charges. He was my second lawyer on these cases and the first totally sold me out and told me it was no way to get dismissals. I was arrested in Lafayette Parish for Felony Heroin possession. Mr. Bradley has been helpful through the whole process with all my questions and advice. Today the charges were dismissed. I couldn't have picked a better person to represent me! Highly recommended!

When i first contacted him it was for a old warrant his office called saying it was taken care of and i could pick up paperwork. When i did I realized when i picked up the paper work they fixed the wrong persons i told them and they fixed ours. So on criminal cases I believe he knows what he is doing. When it comes to family law i don't believe he knows what he is doing. He did help with a dcfs case but when it came time to do the step parent adoption he told us we needed sole custody first and we didnt and we paid $5 grand for that and the step parent adoption.. he has had since 2021 to do this and he did finally get the sole custody done but the step parent part i was told he would write up the papers and we would pay filling fees that was back in april of 2022 and then end of sept 2022 he messages me and says he dont have time to do it.. we asked for a $400 refund on the $5 grand so we could pay someone else and he said nope.. so i would say he is not the best on getting stuff done in a timely matter or great at family law either
