Tracy (from Gerald's office) was incredibly kind and helpful when a friend of mine was facing legal trouble. My friend was only passing through Louisiana and I was doing my best to help from across the country. We ended up hiring a different lawyer closer to where my friend needed help, but Tracy was amazing in the early stages tracking down information and following up with me repeatedly.
