These people are wonderful. I have cognitive/memory and aphasia issues so they have helped me fill out all the paperwork. That way I don't spell anything wrong and my handwriting is readable. I get telephone calls returned within 24 hours. I don't feel comfortable talking on the phone with people but these folks do not stress me out. Even on days I have trouble communicating verbally they are very patient and kind. Mr. Lance is a bipartisan attorney, so you don't have to worry if you're political. At first I didn't tell them my chosen name but when my mpoa let them know they started using it.
