I would give 0 stars if I could. . I did a land contract on a property. I assumed since the attorney from this firm fixed the contract, I was safe. Met at his office and paid $10k down to the said owner and was going to pay $350 month. After 1 year of paying, a man shows up at my door stating he owns it. The person I had a contract with, had a contract with this man and wasn't paying him. I immediately went to the attorney's office. He looked it up on his computer. He called the man and wanted to add an addendum to my contract. He stated the owner was going to get his paperwork to him and he'd add the addendum and it would cover me. I'd call or message the attorney to check if this was completed. It was always the same story, he was still trying to get the paperwork from the owner or didn't answer my calls or text. After 3 months, I called and hired another attorney to check on it. While on the phone she pulled up the property and immediately informed me, " You'll never in this universe own that land." It had 6 liens on it. This was the same info the other attorney pulled up, but didn't tell me about the existing liens. My attorney called the county attorney to report it. 2 weeks later I was told the State Attorney General was going to review due to multiple victims. Another 3 weeks and I was told they weren't going to pursue doing anything. I done multiple repairs on the property home and lost around $30k. I do not recommend this office.
