O'Bryan & O'Bryan Law Office

After using this office for both of my parents' estate, I would not recommend them. On initial meet, they will promise quick turnaround times, but do not follow through. Both estates were very simple but none of my phone calls were returned and my three simple questions took months and multiple phone calls to get an answer of contact someone else. The exception is when they are ready for payment. My first experience was during covid so I assumed that was the hold up. Recently, I had the same experience. As far as I know, everything was done correctly, but there is just no customer service.

My father in law passed in January of this year (2025), we already knew probate was going to be in the cards of what came next so we immediately met with Michelle from this office (1 1/2 weeks after his passing) and had a plan of how we were going to move forward. Here it is July 2025 almost August and we found out today she hasn't even filed anything with the court, not even the Will, even though we have provided multiple forms to her to be filed. We now are going to have to come into town from another state (and drag 3 toddlers along), get the Will back and find a new lawyer due to the home my FIL owned is about to be foreclosed on because Michelle isnt doing her job or even communicating with us at all. I would not recommend this office for time sensitive matters. This reply from the office is 100% gas lighting. As she did finally reach out yesterday (after several phone calls and several unanswered emails later) telling us she "never recieved" the form she needed (which if we hadnt of reached out when was we going to be told?), she still did not respond to our question about what to do regarding the possible foreclosure on the home. She asked for a retainer in the petition my husband signed and she made the choice to not respond when asked how she wanted the payment made. The disappointment comes from the lack of communication and response when we reach out to her for direction in legal matters she agreed to help on, and now this power trip of instead of making it right "dismissing us" from her helping.

My banker suggested this firm to take care of a couple of property issues. I've been twice. The first time they completed half of what I asked them. After quite a long while not hearing about the second issue, I contacted them again. I met with a lawyer that was helping out at the firm, and then I never heard back from them again.

Consultation went good. John Hamlet gave me understanding of how this works. Very thorough and patient. I believe they will be able to help me with the issues I'm having trying to file bankruptcy. I'm looking forward to working more with you and your staff. Thank you for being patient and answering the questions I did have, which weren't many because you covered all the info I was seeking. I just referred my sister to contact you as well as she is in the similar boat I am in. Again thank you again Mr. Hamlet for your time and patience with me.

Do not go here.I had the worst experience. I had a court date the lawyer never showed up.He went to have surgery.He messed up everything and took my money and never did his job.Reply to lawyer's message.I was in your office in the past.I was looking for a lawyer for living recently saw your office never again for any service..Another thing is I had the right court date and I did show up.The court confirmed I had the right date your office never showed up.I will never use your office.This is a family bussiness so I know the lawyer is still present to this day.
